一、Product structure：
1、Its exterior and interior are FRP and core layer is waterproof
veneer, which are compounded with high pressure adopting vacuum
technology from Germany. The surface of sandwich panel is smooth,
the dirt on which can be easily removed. Color of whole panel is
bright, with excellent gloss retention
2、A layer of gel coat with excellent performance is provided on
surface of FRP, which has the good chemical stability to the medias
such as air, water and acid, alkali, salt with general density; its
surface is of high smooth finish and good gloss retention, with the
features of no discoloring, erosion resistance, sunshine proof and
anti-aging
二、Performance of wooden sandwich panel: the glue won’t cause failure
if it is boiled in 100℃ water for 24h. The panel can be made as required by the customer:
its maximum size is 13.8m X3.6m (length X width), with thickness
18mm, 20mm, 22mm,24mm. Also it can be made as the size appointed by
the user
三、Main applied scope: dry cargo van, roofing of structure with large
span, wall surface, workshop purification, medium and high grade
prefab house, containerized house, etc
